Which is the difference between a “Basic Ad” and a “PRO Ad”?


With a Basic Ad the telephone number and the web site are not automatically displayed and the contacts are received only through the messages to be read in the “Message Area” on Affitto.it. In the search results the Basic Ads are listed always after the PRO Ads.

E-mail messages

The requests of information received by your Ad will not be sent to the e-mail address you used to register your account, but to a special section “Message Area” on Affitto.it
Your e-mail will be used only for a few service-communication and will never be displayed.
By listing a Basic Ad you can be contacted only through your special section “Message Area”. With a “PRO Ad” you can choose to receive your messages directly to your e-mail. Your telephone number, logo, web site are displayed and your Ad will be listed before all the Basic Ads.

Even if you have listed a basic Ad, write your telephone number, put your logo and web site as the users which decide to unlock the Basic Ads will be allowed to see them.

Le richieste di maggiori informazioni ricevute dal tuo annuncio, non saranno inviate nella e-mail usata per registrarti, ma in un'apposita sezione "AREA MESSAGGI " interna ad Affitto.it.

La tua e-mail sarà invece usata, solo per poche comunicazioni di servizio e non sarà mai resa visibile a nessuno.

Con un annuncio base puoi essere contattato solo tramite tale sezione "AREA MESSAGGI". Con una "INSERZIONE PRO" al contrario puoi ricevere i messaggi direttamente nella tua e-mail, puoi rendere visibili i recapiti telefonici, eventuali logo, sito web, ma soprattutto posizionare il tuo annuncio prima di tutti gli annunci base.

Anche se hai un annuncio base, inserisci comunque il recapito telefonico, logo e sito web perché gli utenti che decidono di sbloccare un annuncio base potranno in ogni caso visualizzarli.

What is the CREDIT of Affitto.it?
In order to avoid to repeat the payment procedure each time you buy a service on Affitto.it you can charge your CREDIT (minimum amount € 5,00) and use it any time you want for every service you intend to buy. The CREDIT of Affitto.it doesn’t have an expiry date and it will remain always at your disposal.

How can I read the messages I receive in my “Message Area”?
Go to your “User Area” and to your section “Message Area”, on top left of your screen.

What happens if I don’t read the messages I receive in my “Message Area”?
If you don’t read the messages in your “Message Area” within 10 days, your Ad (both Basic or PRO) to which the message was addressed will be put off-line. You will be informed that you have an unread message by e-mail, unless you disabled the service.

Which is the listing order?
The queries to each city and section (Sales, rentals, roommate, holiday) generate a result listed as follows:  the first 10 listing of the first page are for the Ads with the option “WINDOW”, then will follow the PRO and the Basic Ads in chronological and listing order.

You emailed a subscriber from the site and he's not responded?
We’re sorry but we’re not an estate agent and we don’t have any contact with the subscribers. If you emailed a subscriber and he’s not responded, normally you should wait at least 72 hours and retry.
If you don’t get any replay, please report us the reference number of the Ad, we will verify the listing and eventually delete the Ad.

How long my Ad will be listed?
The ads will stay on the website for a period depending on the section in which they are listed:

  • Properties for sale – 180 days (about 6 months)
  • Properties for rent – 120 days (about 4 months)
  • Roommate – 60 days (about 2 months)
  • Holiday 365 days (1 year)
  • Search properties for sale and for rent – 30 days (1 month)

After these periods the ads are not immediately deleted, but for 10 days after the expiry date they will still be visible and they can be renewed by choosing the option “Renew your Ad”. After the last period of 10 days, if not refreshed they will be deleted.

Can I change my e-mail or my password?
You can change your e-mail or your password without our assistance. Go in your “User Area” to the section “Setting”.

How can I change or modify my Ad?
Go to your “User Area” to the section “My Ads” and click “Delete Ad” or “Modify Ad”.

I forgot my password. HELP…
When you subscribe, your password is sent to your personal email inbox. If you lost the email and forgot your password, you can request it to be emailed to you by clicking onto the “I forgot my password” link in the Home page. The password will be sent to your personal e-mail address in a few seconds.

How can I subscribe?
You can go to the “Subscribe” section or post your new Ad. At the end of each of these 2 operations you will became a Subscriber.
