BASIC ADS: ESSENTIAL AND FREE OF CHARGE

• They can be contacted free of charge through "messages" to be read in your "Message Area" on Affitto.it.
• They do not include telephone numbers and photos. (Users can unlock basic ads for a fee to display telephone numbers and photos).
• In the search results, basic ads are displayed after PRO Ads.
• The term of an ad depends on the section it is entered into: Ads concerning properties for rent: 4 months, ads concerning beds for rent: 2 months, ads concerning vacation rentals: 6 months, ads concerning properties for sale: 6 months, ads posted by people looking for properties for rent or sale: 1 month. Ads are automatically cancelled upon expiration.

PRO ADS: MORE VISIBILE AND EASIER TO CONTACT

(They receive 40% of requests more)

They are more visible since they are displayed before basic ads.

They are easier to contact since they are provided with telephone numbers, and give users the possibility to receive messages in their e-mail box and highlight the ad in bold text.

Prices of PRO Ads vvary according to the chosen options and the section they are entered into. All ads except from vacation ones (see below) need 5,90 € to be turned into PRO ads (that are displayed before BASIC ads), while additional options (telephone numbers, PRO e-mail address, bold text, upper-case, highlighter) cost 0,70 € each. Vacation ads need 23,90 € to be turned into PRO ads, while additional options cost 2,40 € each.

Additional options for PRO ads include:

• Upper-case: Write the ad in CAPITAL LETTERS. Price: € 0,70 (vacation ads: € 2,20).
• Bold text: Emphasize your ad: "Write bold text!". Price: € 0,70 (vacation ads: € 2,20).
• Pro e-mail address: Enquiry will be sent to your "Message Area" on Affitto.it and to your private e-mail address. Price: € 0,70 (vacation ads: € 2,20)
• Highlighter: In the search results, the ad will be highlighted in yellow. Price: € 0.90 (vacation ads: € 2,40)

They will be cancelled upon expiration, or can be renewed as basic ads or turned into PRO ads.

SHOWCASE ADS

Ads can be placed in the "Showcase" of the first page for a certain period of time. Prices vary according to the province and chosen period:
All provinces except from Milan, Rome, Bologna and Turin

• 2,0 € for 3 days
• 4,0 € for 7 days
• 7,0 € for 14 days
• 12,0 € for 30 days

For Milan, Rome, Bologna and Turin, display the showcase quotation of every single ad.

 

FULL SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR PRIVATE USERS, RESIDENCES AND BUILDERS

FULL subscriptions give users the possibility to enter an unlimited number of PRO ads, as well as to display the telephone numbers of all users who entered free basic ads, that cannot be displayed free of charge.

FULL subscriptions combine the advantages of PRO subscriptions with those deriving from Unlock Basic Ads subscriptions at an affordable price, what gives users the possibility to use all potentials of "Affitto" real estate portal.

FULL subscriptions give users the possibility to enter an unlimited number of PRO ads, as well as to display the telephone numbers of all users who entered free basic ads, whose telephone numbers cannot be displayed free of charge.

FULL subscriptions also include "POTENTIAL CLIENTS" option, that gives agents the possibility to display all real estate requests regarding the geographical area where their real estate agency is located. They will have the possibility to enter all data (e-mail addresses and telephone numbers) of potential clients, as well as to contact them automatically sending them detailed descriptions.

Notes

• All services purchased via Bank Transfer are normally activated within a few hours after payment. Services purchased through credit card or Paypal are activated immediately.
• Services are activated only after full payment.
• No service for a fee is renewed automatically.
